Ray was absolutely amazing with his knowledge and his patience. I am a senior and Ray had so much patience with me! He helped me so much with not only finding the best plan for me but also in choosing a new phone. He was so kind and cheerful ! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience thanks to Ray's pleasant way of helping me understand what to do next. I was really dreading changing phones even though I knew it was time for a new one and Ray made it all so easy ! I can't believe how simple it was . Thank you Ray for such a wonderful experience !
